FUNCTIONS:
- Primary responsibility is to work daily with the assigned team to help them achieve their goals.
- Facilitate the construction of the team’s initial Value Steam Map.
- Teach continuous learning techniques to help shift the team’s mindset for the future.
- Help teams learn Continuous Integration, Automated Testing, and Continuous Delivery.
- Mentor and coach at both the team and individual level.
- Produce Improvement Reporting as required by the client.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
- Current experience as an Agile Coach
- Prior experience as an Agile Coach, DevOps Coach, Scrum Master or Product Owner
- 1 years’ work experience leading teams in CI/CD Pipeline
- 4 years’ work experience in Agile development practices
- 6 years of Application Development work experience
- Minimally one agile certification (CSM, CSP, CSPO, ACC, ACP, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven team leader with strong interpersonal skills
PREFERRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE (possess at least one in addition to the above):
- Previous experience in using an Agile Lifecycle Management tool (Jira)
- Previous experience with CI/CD tools for Source Control, Build Management, Orchestration, etc.
- Experience creating value streams
- Lean, Kanban and Scrum acumen and experience
- Worked with Agile product development
